1. Services
We provide professional web design, web development, website redesign, branding integration, website maintenance, and related digital services.
The exact scope of each project will be outlined in a separate proposal, quote, invoice, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services not specifically included in a project proposal are considered outside the scope of work.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Any quotation or estimate provided by us is valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the project requirements provided by the client. Changes to those requirements may result in additional charges.
3. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each individual proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Final payment is due before ownership of the completed website is transferred.
We reserve the right to pause work on projects with overdue invoices.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
Accurate project requirements.
Required text, images, branding assets, and other content.
Timely feedback and approvals.
Necessary access to hosting accounts, domain registrars, or third-party services when applicable.
Delays in providing required materials may delay project completion.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated completion dates are provided for planning purposes only.
Project schedules may change due to:
Client delays
Scope changes
Third-party service interruptions
Technical issues outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays caused by the client or external providers.
6. Revisions
Unless otherwise stated in writing, project proposals include a reasonable number of revisions.
Requests beyond the agreed revision limit or requests that substantially change the original project scope may require additional charges.
7. Scope Changes
Any work requested outside the original project scope may require:
A revised estimate
Additional development time
Additional payment
We reserve the right to decline requests that significantly alter the agreed scope.
8. Intellectual Property
The client retains ownership of any materials they provide, including logos, photographs, written content, and trademarks.
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the completed website transfers to the client only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may utilize third-party providers including, but not limited to:
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment processors
Analytics providers
Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
Plugins
APIs
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, security incidents, policy changes, or discontinued services provided by third parties.
10. Website Maintenance
Unless a maintenance agreement has been purchased, ongoing support is not included after project completion.
Future updates, content changes, security patches, troubleshooting, or maintenance services may require separate agreements and additional fees.
11. Client Content
The client represents that they have the legal right to use all materials provided to us.
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate:
Copyright laws
Trademark laws
Privacy laws
Applicable regulations
We are not responsible for verifying ownership of client-supplied content.
12. Projects We Do Not Accept
We do not provide services for projects that include or promote:
Pornography or sexually explicit material.
Adult entertainment websites.
Escort services or similar businesses.
Boudoir photography websites whose primary purpose is promoting sexually suggestive content.
Businesses primarily focused on sexual services.
Hate speech or content promoting racism, sexism, discrimination, harassment, or violence.
Terrorist or extremist organizations or propaganda.
Defamatory websites intended to harm the reputation of individuals, businesses, or organizations.
Fraud, phishing, identity theft, scams, malware distribution, or other illegal activities.
Copyright infringement, piracy, or counterfeit goods.
Any project designed to deceive users or misrepresent products, services, or identities.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any project at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that the project:
Violates applicable laws.
Presents legal or reputational risks.
Falls outside our expertise.
Conflicts with our business values.
Includes content we consider harmful, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Our decision to decline a project may be made regardless of whether the activity is legal within a particular jurisdiction.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of revenue
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Website downtime
Security breaches caused by third parties
Search engine ranking changes
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
15. Warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we strive to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality websites, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
16. Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
If termination occurs:
The client must pay for work completed up to the termination date.
Deposits remain non-refundable once work has begun.
We reserve the right to retain completed work until outstanding invoices are paid.
17. Privacy
Use of our website may also be governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information may be collected and processed as described in that policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The revised version becomes effective upon publication on this website.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
